  4. :Thank you so much, Nicole, for selecting me to be part of this wonderful award. I really love your writings; they depict you as a warm and passionate woman. Stay true to your heart.

  5. Congratulations. The picture you asked for you can copy here: Position your mouse pointer on the picture, right click and choose save picture as (in Firefox in Internet Explorer it is Save target as I think) Once you saved it on your computer, you can upload it. You can also click add media when editing this post choose from URL and past the link in it.
    Hope this helps.

    • Hi Steph,

Thank you so much for the detailed instructions. I am new to blogging and have much to learn. I marvel at how successful bloggers like yourself add cool pictures to your blogs. Thanks for paying it forward and teaching me how to do it. It worked! Are pics like this available on wordpress?

      • I made a small mistake. The first part , about saving the picture to your computer and uploading it is OK; But if you want to do it via” Add Media” via URL you should position your mouse pointer on the picture in my post, right click and choose “copy link location” (in Firefox, I don(t know the exact menu item in Internet Explorer, but it is something similar) then select the textbox where you must give the URL and click paste (or ctrl-V).
Easier done than explained but I think this should help you.
Glad to be of assistance. Love, Steph

      • Hi Steph,

I already knew how to add media thanks to my friend, Marisa, who walked me through the process when I started my blog. So, I needed the picture; thanks to you, it now appears in my post. Cool!

      • Hello Nicole.
I didn’t know that, but better to write too much than not enough. I’m so glad it’s OK then.
        Love, have a nice weekend.

  6. Congrats on your award! You’ve earned it. And the blogs you linked to look great as well. It’s all about that… a community of like-minded people helping one another! So glad you’re finding your groove.

    • Renee,

Thanks to you, my dear friend. You planted the seed of writing a blog in my head; I never forgot it. It took me years to do it, but I’m so glad I did. I love being connected to like-minded people and helping them grow!
